Additionally, it’s important to practice, practice, practice.

It seems obvious, but to achieve a goal, you need to work at it. That goes for playing a musical instrument, learning a foreign language, meal prepping & establishing a healthy exercise routine! 

My philosophy around fitness is the same as nutrition...Make it simple, make it practical, make it enjoyable & it becomes doable.

I just celebrated my birthday this past weekend & it was truly amazing!

I wanted to share a quick story..

Last night I was at an event & at this event, I was sitting at a table full of smart, beautiful, & talented women.

Our table was conveniently placed close to all the beautifully prepared dinner dishes & desserts. 

After dinner, a large portion of the ladies at my table seemed to be taunted by the dessert set-up.
