Getting closer and closer to the holidays it might become harder to be kind to yourself with looming negative feelings about the upcoming holiday dinners and treats. We want to be sure to take these small steps to reach our better selves, the bad and the good make us stronger each day. Keep layering and stacking our skills / healthy habits to ensure our wins for the month!
We’re focusing on following our forever process this month and recalibrating our thinking since these last two months can be the hardest. Let’s try to stay on track with our mindset that we are getting a head start already on the new year! We are also going to be confronting portion control and discussing how to best approach this hard hurdle.
With the holidays looming over us, I want to offer you tips on how were going to navigate the rest of the season by staying on track, staying positive and staying goal oriented. Reminding ourselves that this is all about self care, self love, self respect.
2 weeks into the month and we’re going strong! We want to be sure that we’re staying on track and avoiding the feeling of pushing to make it through the month. We want to refresh our mindsets to stay strong and remind ourselves that we’re on the right track to a healthy lifestyle and future!
October has begun! We should go over our goals to be sure our intentions are set for a successful month! We're going to discuss instilling positive and healthy habits, answering a few questions and talk about this months meal plan!
Staying consistent and overcoming the guilt that comes with overindulging can be extremely difficult. It’s all about acknowledging your indulgence and not feeling guilty about enjoying yourself every once and awhile. We need to focus on not being strict or too hard on ourselves all the time and learn that it is ok to eat the things that we like. But controlling our desire to keep on indulging. What to do when you indulge? This week, let’s discuss alternative ways to easily bounce back!
For this coaching call, we will be discussing the weekly emails and their importance as well as encouragement and accountability. It's good to be involved in the discussion groups and being there for one another, but what should we do to encourage ourselves? We need ot hold ourselves accountable for being sure we stay on the right path but also do it in a gentle way.
Planning is the name of the game this time of year. We want to plan ahead to avoid temptations this holiday season and be prepared to stick to our goals but also enjoy ourselves and be ok with indulging!
We’re almost to the end of the month and we have a couple of questions to answer and a few new things to talk about in regards to the meal plans! I’ll be sharing tips on how to manipulate calorie outcomes and make recommendations for some podcast episodes to listen to!
We’re hitting some good topics this week! Lets address the idea of introducing flexibility, learning to search out the good options when eating out, encourage sharing wins and introduce structure for ourselves during the week.
September is coming to an end and we should start to be reflective of the end of the month but also encouraging to one another as we head into October! This call we go over holding a positive mindset, review our accomplishments and what we would like to improve on, refresh our goals and letting ourselves be vulnerable. Also we discuss the recent collaboration with Amerikick Delran.
For this call we are focusing on goal setting and how we are achieving our set goals while balancing our priorities. Most importantly we want to be sure to incorporate self love. We have to set ourselves as our priorities in order to achieve the results we are seeking. Reminding ourselves to love, respect and honor our journey that we are going on is key! I will also be addressing a few questions that were asked.
We’ve reached the end of August, so let’s have an end of the month reflection! We should be revisiting our goals and setting our intentions to set us up for a strong month ahead. There were also a few questions that were asked so we will discuss those as well.
