Oh How Healthy Cooking Club Classes were designed with you in mind!
Classes were created for children ages 4+ to do on their own. So parents get a break while knowing their kids are getting an interactive education lesson (that they can eat afterward :)
Each class is meant to empower children to make healthy creations all on their own. There are never any sharp utensils or hot surfaces used.
Additionally, children gain ownership over their meals and are more likely to try healthy new foods. (trust me, it's a miracle) I’ve seen it time and time again! I’ll also be providing behind the scenes tips & key phrases that I use that can help with the pickiest of picky eaters!
Not only that, but since I have degrees in both elementary education & early childhood learning, I fuse my cooking lesson with education activities linking to math, science, literacy, art & history that can help make learning fun (& take some of the pressure off of you)!
