Eat MORE to weigh LESS
Ditch the harsh black and white lines between dieting and indulging.
It doesn't have to be all or nothing. You don't have to be so restrictive for weeks/months at a time only to attend a party and sabotage yourself by eating 3 brownies and a whole plate of chips and dip.
Instead of consuming less, I say we consume MORE!

Essentially I'm recommending that we go back to basics with out eating habits. Your body will appreciate the added vitamins and nutrition of wholesome unprocessed foods! So much so that you will most likely find yourself craving more of thee good foods and less of the bad.
