Hearty Minestrone Soup Makes 4 servings Calories: 280 per serving

Ingredients: 32oz of bone broth (any variety) 1 - 15oz can of kidney beans 1 -15oz can of pinto beans 1 - 10oz package of frozen mixed vegetables 1 cup kale, chopped 14oz can stewed tomatoes, chopped 1/2 tsp dried basil 1⁄4 tsp black pepper Salt to taste Optional: Add chopped chicken or pasta. Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients together in a pot over med-low heat. Stir & cook together until warmed to desired temperature.
