Pesto Naan Pizza
Serving Size: Approx. 2

Ingredients:
2 pieces of Naan Bread
1 cup of Chicken (cooked & cubed)
1 cup of Organic Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)
1 cup of Spinach
Pesto Sauce:
1 cup Basil
1/2 cup of Spinach
1/2 cup of Walnuts
1 Lemon (juiced)
1 tsp of Salt
1/4 cup of Organic Parmesan Cheese
*Make it your own by using Tomato Sauce instead of Pesto Sauce. Add some of your favorite pizza toppings or swap proteins to change things up*
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Line baking sheet with olive oil. Place naan bread on a baking sheet
Spread pesto evenly over naan bread
Evenly Distribute spinach, chicken, and cheese ingredients overtop pesto
Place in oven and bake 7-9 minutes or until cheese is melted
