Crockpot Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal


1 cup Steel Cut Oats 4 cup Water 2 Red Apples, Diced 1 tbl Cinnamon 4 tbl Maple Syrup


1. Place all ingredients into crockpot. 2. Stir lightly to make sure all ingredients are combined. 3. Cook on low heat for 6-8 hours.

* Make it your own: Have fun with this recipe! Serve with your choice of milk, toasted nuts, extra fruit, etc.*

*Note: Don't sub oats for quick or rolled oats* *Note: Be cautious that oats can get very crispy around the edges if cooked too long.*
