Berry Quinoa Salad

Ingredients:

1 cup Kale, Chopped 1 tbl Walnuts 1 cup Cooked Quinoa 2 tbl Organic Feta Cheese 1⁄4 cup Blueberries 1⁄4 cup Dried Cranberries

Directions:

1. Place quinoa and chopped kale in a bowl as the bed of the salad. 2. Chop walnuts and strawberries. 3. Top salad with feta, walnuts, quinoa, blueberries, and strawberries. Mix thoroughly.

* Note: This salad pairs nicely with Strawberry Vinaigrette!*
