You know that stressed-out feeling you get when trying to plan healthy meals for the week?

I had such grand plans to be healthy but when it came to executing, I was a deer in headlights.

Not only was I completely overwhelmed with trying to figure out what foods were the best for me to eat, but I had no clue how to fit those ingredients into my tight budget and even tighter schedule! 🤦🏻‍♀️

So after years of practice, I was finally able to perfect my meal plans and shopping lists.

I was able to get my grocery bill to never exceed $100 and my time in the kitchen to never exceed 30 mins!
