Recipe of the Week: Cool Blue Smoothie

(Makes 2-3 Servings)


1 Frozen Banana

1 Cup Frozen Blueberries

1 Cup Mango

1 Cup Spinach

1 cup milk (any variety)

Optional: Vanilla Plant Protein

Directions- Place all ingredients into a blender. Blend contents until smooth. Enjoy!
