Turkey Burgers

  • 1 llb. Ground Turkey

  • 1/4 cup of Rolled Oats

  • 1 Large Egg

  • 1 Tsp Salt

  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil


  1. Add Turkey, oats, egg and salt in a large mixing bowl. Mix together until all ingredients are combined.

  2. Place oil in a skillet on med-high heat

  3. Place palm size patties into the pan and cook until slightly browned on one side

  4. Flip and cook on other side. Using a meat thermometer, the internal temperature should read 165 degrees

* Make it your own: Eat on a bed of lettuce or on your favorite bun. Top with your favorite burger toppings.*
