Turkey Burgers
Serving Size: 2
Ingredients:

1 llb. Ground Turkey
1/4 cup of Rolled Oats
1 Large Egg
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
Directions:
Add Turkey, oats, egg and salt in a large mixing bowl. Mix together until all ingredients are combined.
Place oil in a skillet on med-high heat
Place palm size patties into the pan and cook until slightly browned on one side
Flip and cook on other side. Using a meat thermometer, the internal temperature should read 165 degrees
* Make it your own: Eat on a bed of lettuce or on your favorite bun. Top with your favorite burger toppings.*
