Eating For Busy Families
I wanted to know how to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I thought it was going to be another weight loss program that would tell me how all food I love is bad for me. Instead, I came away from the program with a much better understanding of food – what is healthy, what is not, and how much I should be eating and how to curb cravings.
Learning to eat healthy, balanced meals and snacks made up of foods I really enjoy has helped me live free from the tyranny of food obsession. I am proud of my grocery cart and my refrigerator for the first time in my life, and everything healthy thing I buy is something I am looking forward to eating!
