Imagine this for a moment…

You get home (or close the laptop) after a long day of work.

You’ve been dealing with your boss, coworkers, and clients, and the last thing you want to think about is preparing some complex recipe for the family.

But just when you're about to order some pizza, you realize a delicious smell is wafting from the kitchen.

You taste what your kids safely prepared on the stovetop, and your mouth fills with flavor!

Later you find out they’re banana pancakes made by your kid! They have fruit and protein and taste surprisingly good (scroll down for the recipe)

Not to mention the kitchen is tidy and the counters are wiped clean!

No, it’s called falling in love with healthy cooking!


And while it may sound too good to be true, that’s exactly the kind of transformation I’ve seen happen with dozens of children!

Children go from serving themselves sugary cereal in the morning to preparing their own wholesome fruit & yogurt parfaits—that you wouldn’t mind eating some of!

And when their spark for cooking awakens, they also become more independent and make smarter food choices on their own!

Because our classes teach not only cooking, but also life skills like cleaning the kitchen, staying present, and taking responsibility for others.

And that’s precisely what your kid can learn: a fun, easier way to make healthy choices.

Our specialty is creating kid-friendly environments where they’ll safely become mini-chefs!

Our ultimate goal is to teach a fundamental life skill: choosing and preparing food so it’s healthy—and delicious.


At Oh How Healthy, kids have a safe space to ask sensitive questions they may not feel comfortable asking elsewhere. They learn about the relationship between food and mood, and understand that being healthy goes way beyond weight.


​​What better way to do this than in a cooking class designed for children to have fun and turn their favorite dishes into their healthiest versions?


A note about COVID:


We take all precautions to make our classes covid-safe:


😷 Every participant wears their mask all the time

😷 Sanitized tools and spaces

😷 Groups are purposely kept small

😷 Children can pack up their food and eat it at home if they prefer

😷 Spaced tables where children don’t face each other will eating, and have at least three feet distance between them

😷 Ventilated zones

(precautions update with CDC recommendations) 


You can rest assured we design our classes so kids and teens can have fun safely and responsibly.


I can’t wait to see my kid enjoying healthy eating!

This is a 5-day summer camp where children aged 5-12 can learn about the importance of eating a well-balanced diet through fun recipes they can make at home.


We do (6) weeks of summer camp in total, and you can choose the one that suits your schedule.


Camps run either 9AM-12PM or 1PM-4PM

There will be childcare for 12PM-1PM if you choose


During this week children get to be chefs, and by the end of each class, they‘ll have something to eat and take home proudly to share with their parents and siblings!


Each class includes the following:


🥕 Each day of camp students will prepare (2) recipes a day 

🥕A Featured “Whole Food of The Day”

🥕 An Educational Nutrition Lesson

🥕 A Recipe Demonstration

🥕 (2) Hands-on Recipe for Students to Make

🥕 Nutrition-Related Activities Based on the topic of the class

🥕 Time for Q + A

We also include food mindfulness and movement exercises to demonstrate how health covers all areas of their lives!
